- Exterior finishes are selected to suit the architectural design and may include Thermowood, aluminum composite, WPC (wood-plastic composite), and wall-cladding panels.
- Doors and windows use thermally insulating comfort-series glazing with insulated aluminum or PVC frames.
- Electrical installations use halogen-free, flame-retardant cables.
- Architecturally designed spotlights and LED lighting are used.
